Hi guys

Argh!!! I'm sorry this may be a bit premature. I'm checking with our Product Team if the update is going through today.

Really sorry for the inconvenience and raised hopes!!

I'm really sorry, it will not be today, there was a mixed message that included releases, but it was for the Samsung S4 4.1 update only.

The Activ S update has been approved however as stated previously. As soon as we hear more, I will triple check the info and let you know.

Installed and have had a quick play with it. Seems pretty stable and fast, marketplace was a bit slow at the beginning but now much better. Not many new features though but according to the internet that's more Samsung's fault.

Biggest difference I've noticed is that the screen seems to be a bit more vibrant and scrolling is easier.

Its GDR2 10327, I actually uninstalled the additional call settings app so not sure, but it fixed the extra settings not installing correctly so I would assume so. Question now is...how do I get additional call settings app back?

If you simply go into the marketplace and search for additional call it should come up with it and a.picture of a cog just install it

Hey everyone, just an update on GDR2. I did a factory reset yesterday based on the recommendations of WPCentral and now have DataSense and hopefully my other storage won't get clogged up.

Apparently there is no FM radio chip in the Ativ S. Thanks Samsung
