Scotsman: So no answer regarding the testing on my line then?

Pretty sure they were running a 7-day test so they catch a patch of disconnections (otherwise they come back with No Fault Found even if we can see errors). Ill check when that did/will complete.

Seperately, the Aus extra capacity is being added so that experience should improve any time now....

I'm pretty much losing my ability to stay loyal to you guys after years and years, this is really poor. Its been weeks and weeks and I still cant get a straight answer as to what the issue is.
If it takes 6 weeks and you still cant tell me what the issue is, how long will it take to fix it?

Your support ticket guys are now sending me that Orcon test.exe file and it just bombed out and froze.

Youtube and gaming/downloading files grind to a halt far too often (mostly evenings).

I'm getting little in the way of confidence that Orcon has the ability to remedy this.

Thanks for your input and assistance FireEngine all the same.

The line tests have been run a couple of times but aren't conclusive, are you seeing an inprovement tonight as the extra Sydney capacity has landed?
