hio77: still should be able to stream a 3mbit stream perfectly fine on that..

certainly odd.. your latency is so much higher too..


Oh wow I didn't even notice the latency difference.

I'm all the way down in Dunedin though

Apparently snap can't do anything about it because its international and they have no control over it.

Got told to factory reset modem & send in tracerts.

it would seem you have a bit a complex issue to work through.. there wont be an instant fix for that..

Think positively - mine went from 200Mbit this morning until the connection crashed and since then can't get more than 2Mbit download - SNAP can't find a cause. They even swapped me back to the 100/50 and still only 2Mbit. Up's fine at 50...

its really sounding like its something on your side or something messed with your profile..

switching ISPs wouldnt exactly fix it.. may just patch the issue for awhile..
