Otagolad: Ralph - any update on when Enable will go live on 200/200 as I want to move from my 200/20 to 200/200 as soon as possible.

Same here, would like to know as well.

Hi guys

We've chased this up with Enable, was meant to be this week but now looking like next week. Sorry for the delay.

Cheers
Ralph

Posted this in another thread, but more relevant here. These plans are awesome

Also apparently this is a regular amount of downloading on that plan, the usage page even says so!

Have to give it a good and proper test of course! That's more data in a day than I ever do in a month. Impressive.

I have signed up for the 200/20 UL with Snap in Hamilton. Currently on 100/50 with Snap.

Do whatever you want to do man.

Hi Ralph,

Any update on the Enable situation?  Also, will we have to contact Snap again or have you recorded in your system that we want to move to 200/200?

Any update very much appreciated.

An update on UFF would be sweet too. We're thinking about switching over from 100/50 to 200/200 but are unsure on when, or if UFF are going to be providing 200/200.

Hi guys

Hopefully we've captured which ones we need to upgrade, but if we miss someone we're pretty sure you'll let us know!

Just about there with Enable, hopefully live on our website tomorrow (and able to place new/change requests with Enable) but it may slip to Monday. Also checked again with UFF - its defintely coming and every expectation is that it will be available by the end of November, and maybe a bit earlier.

Cheers
Ralph

Hi Ralph - did Enable get their act together? Is 200/200 live in Christchurch.  We're an impatient bunch aren't we, although we do totally appreciate the reasons for the delay and your awesome service laughing

This coming Monday is go-live for UFF.

We've got a select number we'll trial next week on 100/100, 1G/1G before upgrading everyone else in the queue.

Unsure if Snap will need to do any testing prior to releasing it to the masses.

I also placed the upgrade to 200/200 today with Snap on Enable network.

Let's wait and see what happens. cool

Did you actually make the switch over or pending until Enable makes it available?
I called Snap! a few weeks ago telling them to auto switch me over to that plan when it is available, but they said they will contact me when that happens. I don't know if it is actually available here in CHCH yet. I haven't been contacted so I'll assume it isn't available for me yet, but if it is out now based on your reply, I'm going to be disappointed.

EDIT: they SMS me saying the upgrade will happen tomorrow. Looking forward to it :)

Called today just to check if it's available for us here in Christchurch this morning, the guy answered the phone put me on hold and went to check.
2~3mins later he comes back saying YES it's available, right then I asked to upgrade to it, he said all good the e-mail has been sent to Enable and expect to be upgrade over next 5 to 6 days, and then he told me that will be $179/m, I was like wait a min, shouldn't it be like the promo price? He then said he can't see any notes on my account, went to check again, another 5mins later came back said it's all good and I am good to go.

From the many calls I made to Snap, there is even a few RSP told me they put down some note on my account, I was quite surprised he didn't/can't see any note.

Hopefully all goes well, becasue for the 200/20 upgrade I waited more than a week for it to happen.
