GregV: Join our server, and let me know here when you are in (we have no country kicker set). I can see what country - if any - the plugin thinks you are from.

Server: [s8] - section8 - NZ and Aus

Im here now

Right, there is no country code showing for your IP 103.224.x.x, so this is why you are being kicked from these servers. I can't see any contact info for the developer of this plugin, so I'm not to sure how to go about getting this address range recognised as being from NZ

I've posted in the support forums for the plugin we use on our server, which is one of the common ones.  Hopefully there is a way they can refresh the geolocation info, or at least advise which database is used, so that they can be approached to update their records.  You've mentioned you plan to leave Flip, but we might as well try and resolve the issue for any others in this situation.

From the reply I got overnight, it looks like the IP data may have been loaded as a one off, rather than any live system. No definite answer yet as to whether or can or will be updated.
