Any data you win using Data Hunt will be applied to your account within 10 minutes. You will receive a text message confirming it has been applied, and how much you've won.

If you haven't received this message, log in to Your 2degrees. You can check your data allocation to see it's been added.

If you're not a 2degrees customer, join us before 6 February 2018 and update your App to have all the data you have won applied applied.

If your data hasn't been applied, give our Care team a call on 0800 022 022.

You will receive NZ Data (365 day expiry) if you are a Prepay customer without a Combo Pack.

I'm on prepay without any combos and am getting data that expires in 30 days. Either I'm having a reading brain-fart, or somethings not working as intended.

Sorry, that's our bad advising you on here that ALL customers would get 365 days. Just to reiterate only customers with an active Carryover Combo will get to keep their Data Hunt data for 365 days. Sorry for any confusion!

I’m actually asking for my wife, as I did select to get notifications and have seen several people (either from here or via my ingress Slack post) who also took the double up deal... but my wife is feeling very left out as she seems to have initially not selected notifications, spread her invite code around all her cover and FB friends, but now has no way to know if she has any more ‘double up’ pins since we have already done all 6 of the local Puki pins and she’s contemplating going on a city ‘hunt’ with me in the Leaf this weekend ☺️

#Firstwordproblem I know but still... nowhere on the app or the web portal seems to show this?

@2degreesCare: Rather disappointed, after seeing it advised here saying 365 days, yesterday I took a couple of hours off to bike around the local town and find 15 spots for 1.4 GB.

And now this data is pointless, on prepay plus, no combo, and with a 6 month MBB zone data addon (that runs until May 2018)
Also zone data is always used first before bonus data (from data hunt), so I'll never to get to use bonus data, as it expires in 30 days, was hoping to store it and use in May 2018).

Data is so cheap as it is and you took a few hours off work to collect 1.4GB that I just don't understand

Haha, perhaps I should have added a few eye rolls as well.
Its only my secondary device, primary device already has lots of data (on another network).

Was a good excuse for a bike ride, at first I didn't release zone data is used first, so thought I could use the 1.4 GB right now, but oh well, such is life.

Just frustrating that I can't trust everything that is written on geekzone

I find it strange that some pins activate when you’re kind of near them (tens of metres away) while others that are as close need you to be right on top of them to activate.

We're sorry about that, however the texts customers received when they grab their Data Hunt data ARE correct i.e. 'Valid for 30 days if you don't have Carryover or a Pay Monthly or selected Biz plans etc...'

We don't want anyone feeling disappointed because of what was said earlier so please PM us your number and 4 digit PIN and we'll try to put a smile back on your dial. ;-)

Ok I've installed app but after putting in my phone number Im getting error message "Sorry we had a problem getting you ready to hunt error 01.

I have reinstalled app same result. It seems to take forever to come to this conclusion as well, any ideas?
