OK so I have one last idea then I'm done. Under WAN do you have Dual WAN option? You could enabled put cable from ONT into same Ethernet/LAN 1 and try that.

Don't use WAN on ASUS router.

Hi All,

Came home from work missed a call from technical support, but light was on and not red! Tested 450mb down and 550 up on my phone, guessing my phone cant run 1000mb/s? Router should be able put out that...?

Thanks all for your support and help and suggestions

Excellent. Speedtest.net app is supposed to be best for speed testing (via ethernet) btw.

I think I forgot to hit submit on my last post.

Ended up been a mismatch of ID's. They wouldn't go into details but the ID's they had were different to the ones I had.

It wasn't a MAC Lock or a case of provisioning. As they had tried that before.

So I'm guessing something between the ISP/Chorus.
