Working through the issues with him privately.
Not the profile on our end or with UFF, so just narrowing down what device will be causing the bottleneck.

This was determined to be a profile issue on Orcon's side then an issue with LAN1 on the ONT which will be replaced.
@MatteGreen thank you for your prompt assistance with this.
I have to say I am disappointed with Orcon's support approach to this issue in the first instance and that this took a post on social media to be resolved.
