It resolved itself pretty quickly again, but every so often it'll have a hiccup for a few mins and the network conditions severely deteriorate.

It doesn't seem to have recurred since my previous reply.

it sounds like that was a temporary glitch in the system when the team completed some work to fix the routing issue proper after the first fix was applied.
