Yes, it looks like the situation is resolved. Port 1 disconnection and port 2 connection are both scheduled as requested.
Yup - got a text to say it is connected now but won't change anything until I sign off from work tonight.
A big shout out to Wheelbarrow01 and Duffles for their assistance. It would not have happened without their support. BP still hasn't got back to me.

Just provisioned it myself on my Asus router - took more time doing the cabling than the actual modem config :-)
All good. Not a great measure but this is what my Speedtest results were this morning
