My experience lately @SarahRykers to be told the issue is a user error / handset fault has left me very sour with 2degrees

5+ hours on hold trying to get thru to the call centre a few times and then proving it was not a user error!

The issue was logging into my broadband account from the 2degrees App to be finally told it will not work as my Fibre connection has not moved over to the Vocus stack!

Sorry to sound like a grunp but I was pi$$ed off

@linux why do you always have to call them? In the years I’ve been with 2degrees I can count on one hand the times I’ve ever had to call them 😊

@michaelmurfy

1 call to change my Fibre broadband plan (tried online did not work) and next call helping my neighbour with a SIM swap as they only had a Micro SIM and it did not pop out to a Nano SIM

The customer service rep was awesome and even couriered out a new triple SIM to them for no cost
