esawers:

Just got off the phone with them

Something to do with their migration, it has affected most accounts

they applied the plan manually, and advised me to remove and readd autopay.

I was going to say... my post pay plan has no entitlements on their new app... but on the old old account page I do have a plan.

@MaxineN Correct as your mobile number has not migrated to the new RTB platform (Real time rating / billing) like you would know as Surepay or Matrixx

Oh the memories of working on Surepay and doing the monthly backups to DVD in FTC & LDV and putting them into a fire proof safe

cool, sounds like what I encountered,

if you log out, it has trouble logging back in again, and on My2D there are no connections showing either. so sounds like a back end Database has fallen over.. -

Trying to port my number in to 2D, but it won't accept my ICCID - says its an incorrect length?  Not sure what else to do! Any ideas?  Otherwise I'll head into store tomorrow.

IIRC it's drop any digits before the 64  (off the top of my head it's 8964... so just 64...)  - Edit, just realised I could quickly check my iPhone, yeah drop the 89 at the start

Cheers for the help.  Tried that and still getting an error that they can’t process it.

Will try again tomorrow….!

Just did a more detailed check, it may also be expecting the last digit (the checksum of the ICCID) to be dropped as well.

No problem, I went through it 2 months ago, and it suddenly came back to me then from a time pervious to that... it's not helped by most Telcos (and the TCF porting guide) not mentioning the ICCID to SIM ID conversion, or just accepting both and doing it behind the scenes.
