We have just come across another weird issue last night and it seems to affect a specific combination of ST servers and something else - possibly the browser.

Myself and someone else were literally testing at same ST server at the same time and I was getting 100's of Mbps to the US and he was getting under 10. This could be duplicated across multiple connections and PC's.

The only explanation I can think of right now is I am using Firefox and Ubuntu whereas he uses Chrome or Edge on Windows.

So if anyone is still having issues can you please respond or send me a PM with the details and I will see if I can find any commonalities.

Fully unrelated and has been discussed on here a few times now. Windows has a terrible scheduler and things get worse depending on what chipset and drivers you have (Realtek being one of the worst offenders).

It is also widely known: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/networking/tcpip-performance-known-issues
