CeeGee: I have a similar problem. I have an old iPhone 6 running ios12,5,8 on 4G.
Mobile data works fine, sms (with iMessage turned off) works, but voice calls fail and incoming goes straight to voicemail.
I got a new 2 Degrees sim so I could give it to my 12 year old grandson to see if he could handle a phone before upgrading. Voice calls are a primary use.
I’ve tried the sim in other phones & other sims in this phone but no calls to of from.
I’ve tried all suggestions I can find but still no go.
Any Ideas please?

I’ve given an old iPhone 6s to someone and it’s been working fine on 2 degrees prepay but the app wouldn’t work and can only access to top up via the browser. Guess I need to check with them if it’s still working.

@Eva888 that is because the iPhone 6s is approved to work on 2degrees VoLTE but not the iPhone 6
