derega: yes. customer service sucks on telecom


I would disagree - within 4 mins of dialing them I had voicemail turned off on my phone, for vodafone I cant since there is no credit on it and the reaosn I wanted VM gone is since I wasnt using the sim at the time so topping up was not an option.

If the cost exactly the same, I'll probably stick with Vodafone.
If I'll save more than a (minuscule) ~$0.50 a month, I'll probably switch.

Vodafone's billing annoyed me enough within the first month to make me want to switch, but I use data just enough to not want to pay more for it.

Called Telecom today, call answered within 30 seconds and issue resolved within 90 seconds.
Thats good enough for me
