Falconz: We almost went maxnet, the thing that put us off was when the sales guy started perching about god and Jesus to us. While usually very tolerant to religious people we felt it totally inappropriate.

This would make sense as I believe Maxnet are owned by a Christian organisation (or so I've heard).

I also find that quite weird, as all the dealings I've had with sales/tech guys, I've never been preached to.

Nate: yeah I think it was just a once off thing, in hindsite we probably should have investigated further. But Iconz ended up ticking the right boxes and being so close ment that if a server went down I could be there in 5 mins and have it rebooted

Part of the reason we keep it as our primary.

Never noticed anything in regards to Maxnet being religious. Interesting to know.

Well it was started by a Christian but its certainly not an Christian organisation per say, nor non profit. I'm VERY suprised someone was preached to, maybe the sales person wasn't meeting their target and needed to sell just anything, even if it was places in heaven.

Let me know when you find that guy that you PM ;)
