This is going to be tough for vodafone and telecom.

Shareholders expect companies to increase profit each year - the only company increasing profit now is 2degrees.

Guess that 2degrees customers are low value though - bluechip customers will stick to the large telcos.

alasta:  After all 2degrees' billing system doesn't currently appear to be able to handle multiple connections on a single customer account.

Actually, we have in fact just launched multi-connect - single account, multiple connections. The advertising hasn't begun yet (which is probably why it wasn't announced yesterday), but the first couple of customers are in the process of signing up. I think it's going "above the line" as the marketers say in a couple of weeks.

EDIT - there's another thread somewhere where someone quotes a CSR on that too with some more details, but GZ is running slow for me this morning so I can't find it....

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

Excellent - thanks for that. Finally I will be able to get my iPad connection onto the same bill as my phone connection which will save a lot of hassle.

Yep, give it a couple of weeks for us to get the worst kinks sorted out. :-)

I only hope that when 2D gets more successful that they don't sell out to the likes of Telstra..

We're working on rationalising the notifications at the moment. Sorry!

+1. Those 2am alerts, especially erroneous ones, were getting a bit tired!

That would be useful since I have 4 phones on 2D. But two are monthly and 2 a prepaid so I wonder how that's going to work?
