Performance is still all over the place during the evenings, and Youtube has been unwatchable most of the time (even in the 7-11AM period) over last few days.

+1 I've given up on streaming Youtube most evenings and have found speed particularly slow. It's a stark contrast compared to when we first got on the Unlimited plan which had been faster than the 250GB plan we were on previously.

Hello all

We signed up to slingshot naked unlimited in last couple of days, we are having issues with international downloads/speeds

Download Speed: 1754 kps (219.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 772 kps (96.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Packet Loss: 0 %
Test Server: us-la

Is there diagnostics tests i can carry out for people to help me?

Cheers

Lykho:
Six weeks notice still isn't enough to get an install date or location correct, so no telecommunications for the whole weekend.

don't they typically recommend that you don't cancel your existing ISP account until you've got your new one up and running?

Don't they typically recommend you read before putting your 2c in?

I've moved into a new house. No existing connection.

Has anyone had any issues trying to load Twitch.tv, noticed last few days it never loads for me and when it does it takes ages.

twitch.tv load did load just fine initially, but slowly after the first time I tried for some reason.

Watched some street fighter thing in 720p+ mode without a single hitch though.

From what I read he's not the one that started it with "Don't they..." comment.

Calm down now folks.

Hi guys,

On Friday we completed a number of equipment, backhaul and bandwidth upgrades which has improved performance across the board.

As always I value your feedback, especially relating to experience from today onwards.

Last night was the worst speeds Ive had yet.  I couldn't load the XDA forums, Itunes store would time out and just loading google took a while.  Im a bit confused though as when I do a speed test using the one on slingshots page I was getting 13Mbps local and around 8Mbps LAX.  When I used the speetest.net I was getting about 1.8Mbs.  I had these issues from 5pm until 12.30am which is when I last tried to access XDA.

Yes certain Streaming sites do not load at all for me, Youtube is fine, TwitchTV and USStream.com don't load at all and if they do load only the front page does not other video channels. I turned of cache settings from slingshot site and twitch doesnt even load at all.
