hio77: its really sounding like its something on your side or something messed with your profile..

switching ISPs wouldnt exactly fix it.. may just patch the issue for awhile..

You may be right, but it's more the fact that they haven't gotten back to me, and their customer service in general is just becoming horrible, those 30 minute hold times :|

i had to call them the other day, didnt even wait in the queue.. you must call at really bad times..

generally snap are pretty good with their service, and if they slack, just become persistent..

pretty sure when i was having connection issues, every CSR knew me or my line by the end of it..

Perhaps try emailing them, that way you don't need to wait and they'll still have a ticket in their system?
In it explain that you're having trouble streaming twitch.tv but others on snap have no problems. You could also direct them to this thread.
The twitch.tv IP range seems to be 199.9.248.0 - 199.9.255.255. I'm not sure if they have other IPs or not, but whenever I stream from them the data seems to come from within that range.

Have you considered Private Messaging 'Ralph from Snap'. He/They seem to be most helpful normally.

Got sent a whole new fritzbox, no change.

Love being able to stream only low quality on a 100mbs connection.
Tried to ring them but of course high call volumes, don't feel like waiting an hour to get my 4week old issue "worked on"

odd, really does sound like something internal to your network or a port configuration...

Some of the basic stuff that is often overlooked, if you haven't already tried.

How much HDD space do you have on the drive that holds your temp downloads folder - make more available
Clear your cache
Empty your HDD temp folder out
Checked your RAM?
Turned off IPv6

Its not pc specific as I've tried it on both of my pcs and 3 laptops.

Tried ipv6 aswel but didn't do anything.

Thanks for the suggestions though!

edit: also its not just twitch, it takes ages to load anything, even facebook is super sluggish...

youtube is fine though, maybe because they cache it?

Just as a thought, have you tried using a free DNS servers - change the settings in your router under internet/account/dnsserver.

List > http://pcsupport.about.com/od/tipstricks/a/free-public-dns-servers.htm
