Ping is looking good during off peak however the speeds are not back to normal. We used to get 96Mbps Down / 45Mbps Up. Will do another speed test during peak tonight to confirm the issue.

And another:

Same issue here, use to get at least 95Mbps down/45 Mbps up, hopefully this is not going to become the norm (reminds me of the terrible Slingshot speeds)

Confirmed for very bad (FIBRE) performance during peak hours and at times worse than ADSL.

Thanks for all the feedback over the weekend!

The change we made definitely seems to have improved matters but has exposed another limiting factor.

I don't have a confirmed timeframe yet, but we're working to sort this out ASAP and will keep you posted.

Thanks again for your patience!

I also have horrible ping.
In Whangarei atm.
Usually 50ish ping, then peaks up to 200 during the peak hours.
Wasn't this fixed?
Ping was fine over the weekend.
Speed is always consistent, but ping is so variable.

Edit: I'm on Orcon. Just changed to Fiber last week.
Hope I haven't made a mistake.

Getting really terrible latency around peak hours. Dunedin ADSL here. This has been happening every night over the last week. Connecting to nz servers is bad, but australia is completely unplayable.

I am also getting bad service in Flat Bush, Auckland on Orcon UFB

Normally 40 ping to Sydney, up around 150-180 on CSGO servers during 'peak' time, which obviously makes playing CS very difficult !

I understand being in the unlimited pool can affect throughput, but I wouldn't think it would affect latency

Subscribed to this thread and awaiting the fix/response, thanks guys.
