So my questions are

 

1) Will my credit expire after the first month

1. Almost certainly: no (the prepay terms only mention the 365-day expiry.)

 

2. Prepay Plus (from Prepay Standard.)

 

3. None. You don't have to pick a "value pack", you can still just pay-as-you-use. It just costs a lot more (relatively) to do so ($0.20 per SMS instead of $0.09.)
