Ah, no, obviously Duncan has never attempted to email Orcon support himself, your lucky if you get a response back WITHIN A WEEK, even with the simplest of queries, and it's been like that since i've been an Orcon customer for a few years now.
I am currently waiting for my Call Minder to be removed, I sent a request last week (can't quite remember the day and the responses never include the original query) I think it was Tuesday, I and received a response on Monday (the Monday just gone).
The response was not 'We have turned off your service as you requested' but a list of instructions on how to turn the service off myself.
The instructions included pressing 3 to enter personal settings. Unfortunatly the options presented to me when I dial into the call minder do not include an option 3, i have tried following all menu options (2 of them), one which does nothing, repeats the same options, and the other takes me to another menu where i can record my greeting or return back to the menu i was on.
I responded with a 'to the point' response on Monday and it's now 2 days later and i'm still waiting a response.
Coming up to two weeks myself. I might have to give them a call, but I don't think they'll have any idea. I could email again, but according to the initial reply I got, if I do that it will send my request to the back of the queue?!
