@Sounddude can this be looked at again? I don't want to port away but if I lose my UFB service or if I'm at work then this is an experience I don't want to have.

 

We have found the issue and should be mitigated now. Shouldn't see the reoccurrence again.

 

 

That's a bit brave Simon :~) but yes can confirm it's looking fixed.

Hi - yes thanks,

 

things did seem to have been fine up to this week again - tonight is odd - really slow / nothing for periods before going things loading in 'bursts'

 

 

 

I did the speed test a couple of times - eventually it gets going and hits what are presumably OK speeds but half the time it's very slow or not starting at all.

 

 

 

I'm in Arch Hill New north road area and there's been loads of cars going past - is that likely to cause issues over mobile tethering?
