Foo: I'm on this deal, having signed up for it last year. What happens at the end of 12 months, which for me will be September (I think).

Do 2degrees have plans to increase the size of their national data plans?

If you received 1GB on last years promotion after the 12 months you'll get the amount of data that's on your current plan at that time. If you upgrade to higher plan, i.e. from $39 to $59, or switch from no term to a term plan you'll get another 12 months of 1GB on your inclusive data.

Great, thanks for that.

Any plans to increase the national data plans?

Yes, well, that's true :-)

What I am asking is are there plans to increase the size of the national plan?

I suspect when my free 1GB expires I will move down to a $39 plan and top up $20 for 1GB of mobile zone traffic.

Well I got just got my 1G. But it wasn't automatic. A CSR said he would have a bring up on my billing anniversary to change my account to reflect that but since the anniversay is a Sunday, perhaps he wasn't working. Anybody else at the call centre saw the notes and made the change so all is good.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.

I had this issue, was checking plans and saw the Free 1GB on my plan, so promptly used it.. checked my balance and saw a charge! In all fairness CSR escalated my complaint and 2Degrees came to the party and gave me the xtra data for a few months.
Nice work.

Joined 2degrees right when they launched.
When 2 degrees postpay launched I switched from prepay to that.
Customer service added the 1gb to my existing $39 plan last month by just asking them to.

Very happy now I can use my android how its meant to be with 3G data constantly on.

I was happy and then I got my Wife a new android and signed her up for the $39 plan with 1gb data so its been great.

2Degrees are brilliant.

Big +1.
Really great having 1GB at my disposal, even though I don't use even 50% of it most months, but know it's there when I really need it.
