Everytime I've tried to find out on the phone how much is excessive or roughly how much is okay, I've been told no comment basically. With my 1TB plan I have only 2-3 times gone over 800gb, usually its more like 500-700gb... have I really been sticking to this plan and paying all this extra money for... nothing :( ? If I should be switching over can I do that with you in private messages or do I need to call them on the phone?
Scotsman: Still painfully slow in the evenings and actually getting worse. Any updates on this legendary Aus bandwidth 'fix'?

Shame the 'Good things take time' isn't just a once off, several times this year we've had international issues that go on for weeks...
