As for emailing or phoning the lovely people at Snap tech support.. that was what I did the first few weeks.
As you obviously acknowledge, Hads, having the same thing repeated over and over gets tiresome.

Those of us on the Night Owl plan have been restricted to an absolute maximum speed of 1Mbit on our supposedly FS/128k plans.  This has been going on since late September (over a month now).  The last word I heard was that it will be fixed in November, but then again we have already been promised 'fixed by the end of the week' a number of weeks ago, so who knows if they will ever bother to fix it.
