Not blocked, also checked a couple of others blocked checking sites and got the green tick all around
Then you have some other issue, you need to talk to 2Degrees about it

Really?! Then is this not false advertising on your website?
No. It's no different to having a phone that only works on bands or standards that are not supported in the country you're going to. There is nothing that anyone in New Zealand can do to make a phone work that has been blocked in Australia. It's not a 2degrees issue; if it's like that it won't work with a Spark or One SIM in it either.
If you have a handset that is supported, the VoLTE roaming service works. If you don't, then it's luck of the draw.
We're all working very hard to avoid having the same s***show here in NZ. But if we had that kind of clout in Australia, 'being more liberal about VoLTE support' would be just one of a long list of things we would fix.

Not sure if you saw my other posts, but I do have a VoLTE supported device that was purchased from 2D as part of the plan.
I'd fully understand that if I had a third party purchased phone.... but I don't....
When were you last in Australia with it?

DM me your MSISDN and I'll have a look. But given it is historical I might not see any smoking gun.

When a friend was there with their android, it got data fine roaming with their one simcard in it, but when they put in the local optus sim it registered and then was kicked off, and then the one sim would not work for them again in it. They gave up at that point and bought a cheap piece of crap phone to hotspot off.
I think one of my boys may have a similar issue - his mother recently gave him her old (Vodafone-purchased) Samsung Galaxy S21. She said when she was used it on Vodafone, the VoLTE indicator was visible, however my boy is now using it with his 2degrees SIM and I can't see the indicator. I'm quite concerned he may not be able to make calls after 2degrees shuts down 3G in the coming months.
I checked and the setting is definitely on for it. Maybe it needs a 2degrees profile on it? My boy says when he first got the phone it had the indicator, then after a software update it's disappeared.

@quickymart 150% VoLTE will work on 2degrees you just don't see the VoLTE icon on the main screen! Drag finger down on the main screen (open notifications) and then you will see the ' VoLTE '
This changed in One UI7.0 update
