Maybe a MAJOR flaw in their site so probably will take days to fix. But they should be working round the clock. :/ What noob company designed their site or is it inhouse programmers.

Bah I am completely dissillusioned with 2degrees! I've had my SIM card, Loaded with credit, for a whole week, and have not yet used it as I cannot transfer my 021 number.
I cannot wait to be rid of Vodafone, AND 2degrees reception is miles better than VF at my house.
A week! To fix a website!
And no news as to when it will be up!! This is crazy.
