I ordered my 200/200 with UFF a week ago, and got given a date of Friday 5th December. Tried all that day, no change, even after modem restarts. Ring Snap saturday morning, told plan speed change had started but not copmpleted, they sent email asking them to finish off the provisioning that day. Still waiting on UFF to finish what they started :(

We're through UFF too, signed up on 14/11 and just got switched over last night. Try today?

Though I think someone forgot to turn up the download..

LOL yes it looks like they havent set ur profile correctly. Nothing here as of yet, but it looks like my connection was reset at 2.30 this morning.. Ill try again later. Cheers
