Peppery: Still struggling. This time in the afternoon.

Orcon Business 100/50 plan. Auckland CBD. Speedtest to Spark Auckland:

Have you talked to the helpdesk about this? Should be no issues during non-peak times.

@Peppery just out of curiosity, do you have global mode on or off?

Not as of yet, I'll wait and see if it comes back.

Global Mode doesn't apply to business connections, afaik, so it should be off.

I am not sure what that means, but there was "network upgrade" on the 9th of this month ?

Yes there was, to increase capacity in one part of our network, to address the issue raised in this thread, which started on the 30th March.  So I'm not sure what you mean when you say it started the issues?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Someone's post got removed?

Ehh don't matter.

Experienced loss of service and now running at what I'm actually paying for.

Plus we seemed to be on the 60.234.xxx.xxx subnet now.

Still experiencing the same problem. The call desk is helpless, even with screenshots and evidence of the problem they still brush it off as a one-off case. It's really frustrating to not be getting any real answers. I'm experiencing greatly increased latency to NZ servers during peak hours and massively (200+) increased latency to AU servers. This compounded with my download speed being slashed to 1/3 in some cases.

Oh kiwi, hopefully that's a good sign.
