Jexla:

Jay, you should really give 2talk VOIP a go. It's awesome stuff!

I really should check them out again- I know I signed up for one of their free account some months back. I think they work out cheaper by a couple dollars a month. Thanks for the reminder.

I still use 2 degrees pre-pay & always ask for a printed top up voucher instead of letting the guys at the 2 degrees shop do it for me.    I just like doing it all myself.    Anyway, last time I asked for a printed voucher at the 2 degrees shop their was some sort of problem with their system & none of the three staff members could get it to work so I finished up buying a voucher from a Relay shop.    Strangely, it seems to be a complicated transaction for the 2 degrees staff with a lot of clicking around on a screen, but very easy for shops such as Relay.

Is anyone with ANZ? I was trying to pay my 2D Broadband bill following the previous information and got stuck ..

If you search for Two Degrees New Zealand Ltd (Broadband) via the listed companies on ANZ Online banking, it changes the Particulars, Code and Reference sections and wants the following

Account Number

Email Address

BNZ Bill Pay Number

All three are required.

I am with ANZ and certainly do not have a BNZ bill number and have no idea what to put into this field. As a result I can't continue with the payment.

Have logged a request with ANZ via bank mail (after talking to someone via the customer service desk who couldn't assist) ... waiting on reply.

Anyone else have this issue.

Alternatively you could always setup as a new payee put in their account details as per the link that richms provided earlier in this thread and then all you need to do is put in your account number in the reference field of your payment.

With Vodafone I have set up an automatic payment. I get the invoice emailed to me around the 2nd or 3rd in which I think there is 2 weeks to pay it and what I have done is set up an automatic payment to go out on the 9th of every month as it is the same amount every month. Just a suggestion to the OP. No credit card fees and it is virtually set and forget.

I asked Bank Mail, and they just said to manually add the payee using the details they provide; this removes the "BNZ field

They did not answer my question what this field is and if it was an error
