sarchaos: So are these all really localised incidents? It seems we're all suffering from the same problems. I'm sick of jumping through so many hoops with the call center to prove my connection is terrible (no resetting my modem to defaults didn't help), and still get treated as if it's a one-off case. Having awful ping is a real killer though, I can handle decreased download speeds but latency basically renders me unable to use my internet for anything outside email and video streaming.
ubergeeknz: For any who missed my previous update; we know there are some slowdowns and increased latency at peak times, and are working to address it.
