And back to 15 - 20% reduced speeds during normal off-peak when most are awake :P

I am not so worried about my throughput fluctuating as I am in the unlimited pool and that's what I kind of signed up for.. But the latency is a deal breaker for me (CSGO)

was also incredibly unstable at 2am so as a frustrated customer i'm considering not paying and asking for some compensation for the degraded service that has almost been running for a month

Ok now I have 200+ latency to every server, even ones within NZ. What's going on?

So frustrating getting told to turn off my wireless devices, as if the devices that have been connected from the start of the year are causing my ping to multiply.

ping has become horrible here too, 200+ms to aussie csgo servers :(

Also getting 200+MS pings. Really sad that this is what I'm getting on "Ultra fast" fibre...

Since this began I haven't once been able to max my connection out locally (Regardless of time) on 30/10 UFB.

So are these all really localised incidents? It seems we're all suffering from the same problems. I'm sick of jumping through so many hoops with the call center to prove my connection is terrible (no resetting my modem to defaults didn't help), and still get treated as if it's a one-off case. Having awful ping is a real killer though, I can handle decreased download speeds but latency basically renders me unable to use my internet for anything outside email and video streaming.

I live in Whangarei on Northpower LFC and I haven't had any tickets responded since 2 weeks ago since I linked this thread and images of my speed tests.

The last one said for me to default my modem when I already said I did.

You can see the hop between two of the orcon servers causing all the latency in virtually any tracert .. don't really understand much but if you can see in there in black and white it can't be too difficult.

Getting seriously terrible pings tonight, 236ms to Australia and 333ms to USA West :(

Getting fiber tomorrow so hope that will solve it.

For any who missed my previous update; we know there are some slowdowns and increased latency at peak times, and are working to address it.

Thanks to all our loyal customers for their continued patience as we work through this issue.
