What time of day are you testing? Also did you only testing MyRepublic servers? I never had 950/500 in MyR, only 100/50 but I recall getting better results using other servers. I suggest you try a few especially those that are connected Vocus related (including Orcon, Slingshot, Stuff etc). And to be clear, when I say 'try' I mean with the app and ethernet. Any tests not using those have too many possible confounding factors.

And did they supply the router or are you using your own? If you're using your own what is it? Are you sure it isn't a limiting factor?

Also might be worth making sure you have the latest ethernet drivers etc. BTW what is the ethernet adapter of the computer you're testing with? If it's Killer make sure you don't have their crappy software installed

After the incident that had happened back in April a number of us have seen the light and left them due to the fact they couldn't update their customers with the fault at hand, let alone admit that there was a fault until 2-3weeks after some of us had made multiple phone calls per week and no call backs were ever honored when we requested a call back or some information that day as to what was going on.

The origin of the fault at the time was with the back-haul provider vocus and some routing issue that they didnt want to admit to but kept pointing the finger at the LFC when clearly they had been told by the LFC that there was no issue with the LFC's equipment.

testing with a new back-haul provider proved to solve the issue that was at hand but still they didnt want to really comment or inform anyone, it was left up to the customer to problem solve and try and fix and help the LFC test.

There was a post that had been removed because of a conflict of interest back in may because some one high up in MYR didnt like what the post contained, well i think that post should re surface if its still noted down!

Testing all times of day and night. Always test with ethernet ands app. Just tried different servers all about the same result. Getting about 300/200 right now.
Tried the original router provided and now using my Netgear Nighthawk R7000 same results but I do prefer the nighthawk.

I will check drivers for network adapter.
Cheers
