Yeah no still not getting what I'm paying for.

That's definitely a little strange as we're out of peak times already but your download speed appears to still be degraded.

Please flick me a PM with your username and I'll get this followed up for you as it seems to be a seperate issue.  Thanks.

PM sent.

Also as a reference I've made a CSV file of the speeds that I have been receiving and testing over the last 2-3 weeks, if a new ticket gets opened or I can send it directly to the tech support team then I shall as evidence.

The vast majority of latency/slowdown issues during peak times should be resolved after a change made early this morning.

To kiwikiwi (the OP) : we are also aware of some backhaul congestion affecting Whangarei UFB specifically.  There is work underway to increase capacity but I don't have a confirmed date as yet.  I'll be getting someone from customer services to touch base with you directly.

Thanks again everyone for your patience.  We'll certainly be monitoring the situation closely but do let us know if you're still seeing issues.

Thanks for the update and fixing the latency issue, however our connection is still not back to normal.
We are not running at 95D~/46U~ like before the problems came about since late march.
Hopefully this will be fixed.

Definately! I don't mind if it takes a little longer to get back to full speed.
The latency was the major issue that has been fixed.

Thanks! Maybe next time you're experiencing something like this it might be a good idea to let the guys at the callcenter know. If I hadn't stumbled across this particular thread and forum and only had the callcenter's replies to go on it would have been much more frustrating.

A valid point.  Will follow up with the appropriate people, to make sure we do better on this count in future.  Sorry for the trouble.
