They keep saying thy are working on it but I'm still sitting without a phone.

spfenwick: Looks like it's too early to assume I've got satisfactory phone & internet.
I've had two outages in the last two days. Each time I had to reboot the modem to get phone and internet working again.

linw: Good to hear. My broken fibre was fixed today so I am happy as well.i may have missed your posts if any regarding this ... how did you find your fibre was broken and how did you get your isp to resolve it?
