Also Pre-ordered my device as I thought I would receive it by now or some sort of update.

Pre-ordered in-store on either the 13/14th. Have tried to call customer care and waited for 30m 3 times. Send a message via Facebook and was told to call the store.

Called the store easily 20+ times all spread out in the last 4 days all to no answer.

Just trying to get an ETA on my device and no one wants to help.

(Cant drop in to store until friday due to work)

Has anyone done the trade in boost offer to purchase a new iphone 14?
What was your experience like?

Yes I did. It was fairly simple, I had to email requesting the prepaid courier ticket as they didn't email it automatically like it was suggested should happen.

I got an email after 4-5 days advising my trade in had been successful and about 5 days after that the credit has appeared in my account. $971 for a 128gb iPhone 11, pretty good deal.

Just traded in my iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB, got a $1305 trade in deal (which is excellent considering my battery health is 80%). Did this on Friday last week.

Was told 6-8 week delay. It sucks because the email about the deal came in my inbox the same day as my direct Apple order of the new iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB arrived at my place. So I have to return that iPhone while I wait another 6-8 weeks for this one to come. Fingers crossed I don't damage my phone before trade in time!

Well, I guess I will just have to wait (was being a bit impatient to be fair).

Genuinely curious though, why is it hard to have livestock levels on the site?

When I ordred the 14 Pro Max, I was told by the website it was in stock.

Fast forward 5 days and still no tracking number or confirmation so I ring to double check it went through after seeing this thread.

After being on hold for over an hour, the 2degrees rep told me that it looked to be on back-order but would put me on hold to double check.

20-25 minutes later and I was still on hold so hung up.

Bit disappointed with the 2 degrees communication, the only thing that made me go with them was my discount as a first responder...

How long is it taking people to receive their phones at the moment? Website is saying up to 3 weeks but the terms seem to suggest to do the trade-in boost you must send your phone in within 5 days and that you cannot confirm your trade-in until you have your new phones IMEI and that in any case it must be all done by 11 November which would be borderline. Seems like an impossible offer.

I've been waiting well over a week for one that was "in stock".

Guy at 2degrees shop said I'll have to wait upwards of another 6 weeks!

Extremely hard to give a date when they will come but I am sure 2 degrees will honour the trade in boost...

Surely they must honour it. Their website says 6 weeks for the one I ordered. And I did the offer in store so they knew all of that. They checked out my phone to confirm I qualify, and now I just gotta make sure I don’t drop it or damage it by the time the new one arrives.

Tried to trade in an iphone instore that had a nick/chip on the corner and they wouldn’t accept it. Was a flat out no.
Has anyone had luck trading in a ‘damaged’ phone instore or online? Even at a slightly reduced value?

Just reading the terms again and it states “No cosmetic damage to the exterior”.

I would follow up on that, I had a reply within 5 days when I sent mine confirming trade in value etc.
