Batwing: Logged on to myorcon to check out the call logs there, it's showing the commerical page again. Changing back and forth rapidly it seems.

Confirmed calling using the app is still working, so Orcon switching me between home and commercial accounts doesn't break the app :)

That sounds like a really interesting fault.
We will pass it to our developers to sort out... Should not be swapping like that.

Paul

Did you mean you'll pass along to the app developers? Its myorcon login on the website that does the switching.

This was reflected in being unable to login to the app yesterday, but it's already fixed today.

Yup the account does weird stuff but as long as the services work might be nothing to report.

No, I meant ill pass it to the developers of myorcon. Anything that does what you described is an issue:)

Anyone's missed calls being populated at all? Mines empty.

You are absolutely correct, I queried it back in September 2012 and was told it would be fixed with no time frame. Should I forward the emails to somewhere for you?

I only jokingly said nothing to report as I'm worried about things breaking that are currently working ;)

I will add to this. I have not received missed calls. I have also had issues with my cell phone not ringing.

Could you pass the following on please as something I experienced.

Two iPhones (one a 4, one a 4S - both on current iOS and Go firmware) both signed in with Go. Both iPhones in a 3G environment.

iPhone 4S called home phone from Go. Nt ringing heard inside the handset. iPhone 4 did not receive a notification of an incoming call, no response at all in fact. Terminated called after waiting for between 30-45 seconds. Email came through advising of email message, so i assumed we left it long enough that it rang through to the answer phone. No missed calls or any notification on iPhone 4.

Here's an interesting one (apologies if someone has already raised it).

I'm sitting at my desk at work calling home (we use Lync phone at work) and my iPhone is on my desk in front of me. As expected, my iPhone starts to ring saying I have a call at home. After my girlfriend picks up the landline at home, my iPhone continues to ring until it eventually stops saying I have a missed call.

Is this intended?

I wonder how many of the bugs are due to the phone system rather than the app - I've had a few voice mail messages of the beep beep beep at the end of the call or of my own voice asking who's there when the other end must have already ended the call

This is a known issue we had hoped to fix prior to launch. Its being worked on.

Thanks

Sounds like you ended up with dead air, did the voice mail have any content?

It hasnt been specifically tested at this point. So right now i would say its not supported.
Its certainly something that needs more attention though.

Orcon guys, just had an interesting 'bug'.

This was on a Galaxy S2 running 4.0.4.

My phone was in my bluetooth speaker dock playing music. The home phone rang as did Orcon Go. I didn't answer on my phone so I got the missed call Icon. However the real problem is that it muted my music during the incoming call and it wouldn't unmute no matter what I did. I turned bluetooth off and on, forced stopped my music app, undocked the phone. Only a reboot got my sound back.

Out of curiosity I tried the same thing and exact same thing happened so not a one off.

Very odd.

Anyone else having the problem where your home phone isn't working. I can make and receive calls via the Genius Go app on my cell, but when using the home phone every call I dial out is engaged/disconnected.

This can only be resolved by restarting the router.

How does one unlink their cell phone? I didn't realise it cost to have a second phone linked and we don't reeeealy get home calls.
