Yes - I've noticed the same so isn't just you.

I think there are IPv6-related problems again :( - not just related to YouTube but seeing problems with Facebook, Twitter and a few other sites. Seeing photos / videos not loading as an example. Totally fine if I turn off IPv6.

Can't say I've noticed anything here, things *seem* to be okay.
