Has any body noticed a difference? I was out with some friends at a restaurant in Otatara (Invercargill) and we all had Full bars of 3G instead of the usual 0-1 bars of 2G very cool. Good job 2D

[Edit: Just added more details]

YAY!

Expect for the fact that were I live in Mosgiel is not covered
I am 1.1km from the tower (at approximately 20 Church St) and I am at 101. According to the map, the tower strength runs out at around 93 Church Street (no house in that block, so estimation of numbering).

During the 'testing' phaze, I would often have 0 bars or switch to Roaming on Vodafone

In contrast, when I with Vodafone I had full 3G at my house 24/7.

The map hasn't caught up yet... Ashburton available in the drop down box, but no coverage shown on the map. LOL

ETA - map does show coverage in Ashburton if zoom right on, but it has holes in it! Undecided

Yep! It's true, we've added Hastings, Napier, Rotorua, Taupo, Palmerston North, Levin, Dunedin and Invercargill to the Mobile Broadband Zones today. Smile

We're building and testing in other spots, so bear with us as we work through the testing phase in those spots.

Cheers,
^SB

Oh I see that you've changed the pricing on the 3G data too! $50 for 5G - awesome!

The 12GB pack has gone down to $99, too.

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

but that works out cheaper than fixed line broadband with a 2GB per month data cap....  surely it must be illegal to offer such good value!

Notice the BB maps(on the 2degrees site) are more detailed. And also a lot more realistic.

Weird, I don't get all those town cities in the drop down list on the 2d site.
Just the ones that were there previously
