Seems the visibill page is broken, been like this for a couple of days now. The layout is all changed, unable to view my bill.

Hi,

That does look a bit odd,

Can you PM me your account details and i'll look into it?

Cheers,

I can't seem to login to the Visibill account.

I can log into my account at Slinghot then when I click on My Visibill, I get a new Call Plus/Visibill login page asking for my account number and password. Entered my account number and my slingshot password, but nothing happens.

If I then click the forgotten password hyperlink, I then get the following error after I submit my information. "The stored procedure 'Visibill_Login_RecoverPassword' doesn't exist."

Hey All,

Seems to be some issues with Visibill at the mo,

We are currently working on resolving it.

No ETR at present.

Thanks,
Joe.

Still issues with visibill? I click the link from the SS accounts page and it just asks for login. I put in what I think it is for account and password (they are saved so I assume they work, and the password should be the same as the internet one right?) but it doesnt work. and forgot password doesnt seem to work either.

I'm fairly sure that visibill used to use the account number and a randomly generated password (rather than your account password.)

I always went via "My Account" (since I don't know my account number off by heart and Visibill didn't seem to accept my normal account password.)

That said, I've just tried to log in directly to Visibill with my account number and regular account password - and it worked.

Internet username and password are a no-go so I thought I would try recovering it.

The stored procedure 'Visibill_Login_RecoverPassword' doesn't exist.

is the error I get. Hmm

I consider the internet/"My Account"/webmail password to be the regular one.

Hi guys,

I've escalated this to our IT team to investigate.

In the meantime if you log into that screen with your visibill password and your account number it should let you in.

Cheers,
Warren
