Can anyone from Orcon in here, help with a problem I have ?
Basically, I was billed for an 'Installation fee' when they did an upgrade to a cabinet I am connected to and now use Telecoms line but get billed by Orcon.
I spoke to someone on the phone about it and they said it will be fixed ... 2 weeks later nothing has been done about it and I get a friendly reminder from the Credit Services about an Outstanding balance.
