There was not much waiting before a representative answered the phone, maybe 20 seconds or so.

I was greeted with a cheerful representative who sounded really enthusiastic to be helping me. I asked a few questions about VDSL2, he quickly checked if my address had VDSL2 available, which it did.

He then recommended me the best option for me, which was to go to their ADSL2 service then upgrade to their VDSL2. This was the best option because if the VDSL2 wasn't as fast as they could provide they could easily switch me back to ADSL2.

I then asked about their ADSL2 plans, he recommended a good plan for me and mentioned that they just matched and bet telecom's promotion by quadrupling their data allowance. Which was a huge amazement.

Overall the rep was nice and enthusiastic, easy to understand (kiwi accent +1). He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about.

Big thumbs up Snap!

Will be definitely moving to you guys shortly, I have great confidence that you will be the best ISP for me.
