c.diddy: I have a Slingshot Better Network LLU home line (not VoIP) and am unable to get My Sky to callback for PPV, On Demand and Upgrade Channel services. Whenever I attempt to use these services, the callback to Sky starts but eventually fails with a message to check that a phone line is connected - which it is. Anyone else had this problem?

The LLU Lines are digital rather than analog so tend to work more like a VoIP line than a standard wholesale line.
Often this will be down to which line profile is configured for this line.
Did you by any chance have an issue with echoing on the line when first put on the LLU homeline?
