Anyone else still experiencing Double Dipping of the Data Pack renewals on 2D?
Or is it just me?

Just give 2D customer service a call and they can fix it up over the phone

Yup tried Log a problem / Phone / email etc since 10th April - no result or contact back.
(Although on 16th CSR said it would be sorted - hasn't been yet!)

It's a known issue and has been going on for some time. Where possible an effective workaround is to ensure that your prepaid account has sufficient credit for your data pack(s) to renew only once.

Not a good option in a Quake City where you may need credit on your phone for other that a datapack renewal!

With thanks to ^POB (2DegreesCare) on here - this has been fixed for me this month.
Really appreciate the help and thanks to Geekzone. Shame this is the only way to get help though.

It's a real hassle and part of the reason I moved to the $19 data plan instead. I haven't had any issues with that, I don't suppose it suffers from the same problem since you can only get it once per month.

Still happens to my wife though, pretty close to just turning off the autorenew and getting her to do it manually each time.

Are you sure it's possible to turn off the auto renew? I didn't think that it was.

It is possible, yes.

I don't know what's possible (SaltyNZ suggests it is but not sure what he means). I was just intending to get her to send the "STOP" text everytime after sending the "BUY" text.

yeah, the stop packname sms stops it - fairly certain in most cases you can log into your2degrees and do it there also
