I bought a Every100 minutes prepay value pack on 24 April (first time I have bought one). However when I look at the Value Packs page in my2degrees is says "Auto renews on 30/04/2012 or when you are nearly out.". Is this just displaying incorrectly, or is it going to auto renew only 6 days after I got the first pack?

It should be 30 days after your purchase date. Please can you PM your # so I can take a look.

Thanks

I suspect you are on a plan.

You will have got a prorated (partial) allocation of the pack (and a partial charge) and on your next bill cycle then the full allocation.
Recurrance aligns to bill cycle - it's just easier for everyone that way! Less messaging and less confusion I suppose.

Your suspicions are ill founded - I am on prepay. Is it possible to buy prepay value packs on a plan?

On the 30th the pack did not attempt to auto-renew, and now it is displaying the correct auto-renew date of 24th May. Obviously it was just displaying incorrectly due to some other free minutes expiring on 30 April.
