Okay, so according to slingshot's website we qualify for $10 off our homeline, I put our address in and it has the price as $42

I checked our vis bill and we're still being charged $51!

It's my dad's account so i think it's be a waste of time if i tried calling since dad would have to authorise it and he's not here.

So if someone from slingshot would like to help me save my dad money for a change, that'd be much appreciated!

You will have to wait for him to be there, as He is the only one authorized to modify / change the account

Yeah wait for him, as he is the account holder. Orcon are hesitant to even deal with me since I am not the account holder either.

Ive gotten in the habbit of calling up and claiming to be the account holder (my father), as it was so much easier. Obviously with his permission. As long as your voice is particularly boy-ish, you should be fine.

Hi,

I think you are referring to Regional Homeline Pricing. This was only introduced recently so some customers will still be on the standard homeline price. You will need to call to query/change this as the website is not 100% accurate and you will need the account holder to do so.

Thanks,
Slingshot
