Hello, today I logged onto the Accounts section of the SNAP website to see how much data I've utilized. Oddly the past three days have shown no data usage. Is this a common occurrence or perhaps there has been an error in their Accounting software.

I thought it was a bit strange that I'd only used 4.5 GB since the 2nd.

Well, not completely free usage but 99.99 free data happening on my account again
Queued up 25GB of downloads when I left for work - just checked online meter and I have used 3.1MB.

this has been happening for months , every month for a few days your usage wont go over 1GB, no matter what you download, i worked out i have got 20 -30 GB a month free, which would be great but i pay for a 150 GB a month and i struggle to reach 100 GB so its more annoying than anything

Came right again by the end of the day. Downloaded another 20GB and usage is almost spot on.
Maybe I will be able to use all of my new cap this month

Where do you see a day by day listing of usage? I only see a total.

Just click on your total usage and it will give you a day by day breakdown.
