Just like to give some feedback on a recent experience.

I just had to call 2Degrees to get my password reset for "Your 2Degrees" the lady on the phone was prompt and got this sorted for me quickly, this being my first time ever having to call it was a very positive experience.

Keep up the good work :)

Were you one of those customers who yelled at the CSR demanding why of the almost million customers and millions of records that their password decided to change itself?

Just for future reference, you should still be able to reset your password even after you are locked out, if you remember the answer to your security question. Select 'Forgotten your password' and answer the question. You will then get SMS'd a random password to log in with.

Yeah, every time I've needed to deal with 2deg, they're been knowledgable and helpful. It's remarkable in some industries that a 'cut-price' competitor can not only undercut price, but exceed the service of the incumbents as well. Witness Southwest vs legacy carriers in the US as a prime example.
