Was streaming in a local TV station, I noticed Severe buffering. I decided to do a little detective work, and this
is what I uncovered. I don't call this normal.
Edit: Seems to have come back to normal while I was posting this message, but would still be keen to know if anyone else had the same problem, or is it just me.
