I imagine if you were to add a credit card or direct debit authority payment option, things would make a bit more sense?

Basically, I have my credit card loaded and all I want to do is have the option TO HAVE my account paid automatically, yet there is only a radio button saying NO.

Steve I've fixed it, but you had two images there - are they the same (they look the same at first glance) ?

I think the image provider you're trying to use doesn't allow remote linking.

Thanks, I would have used the GZ image hosting but it always seems to give me issues :P

A bit tricky to determine that you had a credit card already loaded from just an image and no explanation. ;)

But, yes, if that is the case (you already have a credit card loaded), one radio button isn't likely to be of much help, is it?

Have you loaded your credit card details on from another account area, or was it using the button displayed in your image?

Have you logged an issue with 2Degrees?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

No problems.

(Might pay to take up your issues with the uploader with freitasm...)
